## Description

This extension enables to click and drag page to scroll.
Hold down Ctrl key when extension is enabled to select text on page.

Note: It works only on the main webpage, such as the HTML or document root (document.documentElement). It will not work on scrolling elements like divs, sections, or other containers within the page.
