添加删除规则存在BUG，操作不正常

防止有人看不到，复制下面的：V4更新以后，去掉了可视化界面，改成代码配置。大多数应该都是为了重定向谷歌的，这里说明一下怎么用，右上角点开插件页面，有个 rule specification的超链接，点了以后会跳到语法说明的rules界面，点上方的home。在第一段的User Guide里，有作者写好的代码，直接复制到最开始的editor里save就行了。
