Estava com problemas há uma semana. Constava como renovado e devidamente instalado, mas o certificado no token simplesmente estava expirado quando acessava qualquer site! Não consegui ajuda pelo whatsapp com tendente virtual e por ligação demorou muito numa fila de espera até finalmente conseguir. A atendente foi atenciosa e resolveu o meu problema, mas até conseguir isso foi difícil.
