## Description

Stock withdrawal<br>Register stock withdrawals on the current work order.<br><br>Deviations<br>Write, record, take photos or film deviations directly in the mobile. Notification is sent to the project manager. The deviation is registered in the system for follow-up.<br><br>Document<br>Read, fill in and sign the documents assigned to the project.<br><br>Risk analysis<br>A risk analysis must be done before work begins. The scope of the risk analysis depends on the type of work to be performed. Perform the risk analysis directly in the mobile.<br><br>Work order<br>Prior to the start of the project, work orders are sent to producing staff for acceptance. The work order contains, among other things, a job description, materials and contact information.<br><br>Self-control<br>Some work steps require self-control, these are performed in the mobile. Opportunity for documentation with photos is supported by the system.<br><br>EAT management<br>Changes and additional work can be settled with the customer and signed directly at the workplace. EAT is registered in the system with its own serial number for clear time reporting.<br><br>Staff members<br>The system supports the Swedish Tax Agency&#39;s requirements for personnel files and can be used for contracts where required.<br><br>Time reporting<br>All time is reported directly in the mobile, time linked to projects, internal time and absence. The system reminds the user if time has not been reported for a working day.
