## Description

Q-Check is the staff app for venues that use Q-Check to check in, store, and return guest items.<br><br>This app is for employees and venue admins. Guests do not create an account here. Your workplace provides your login.<br><br>WHAT YOU CAN DO<br>• Scan a guest’s QR code or look up a ticket with a PIN<br>• Assign a hanger or storage slot and confirm the item is checked in<br>• Create a new sale, pair items, and finish checkout<br>• Take cash or contactless card payments (Tap to Pay) where your venue has cards enabled<br>• See what’s still stored, add notes, and update guest contact when needed<br>• Switch location, language, and light or dark theme in Settings<br><br>HOW IT WORKS<br>Staff sign in with the email or phone and password issued by the venue. Scan the guest ticket, choose a hanger, and confirm. When the guest returns, look up the item and complete the handoff. New sales can be started from the app when your venue allows it.<br><br>REQUIREMENTS<br>• A Q-Check staff account (created by your venue, not in this app)<br>• Camera access to scan QR codes<br>• Location access only when taking card payments with Tap to Pay (required by the payment provider)<br><br>Q-Check Employee is the companion to the guest ticket and claim link. Install this app if you work at a Q-Check venue. Guests should use the link on their ticket, not this app.<br><br>Need an account? Ask your manager.
