2025-01-26	Ko*****	Not user-friendly and something I will refuse to do again in the future. The process is full of delays, frustration, and wasted time to complete. Password reset links were broken on the app and website (no reset emails came to inbox/spam/junk), and I had to contact their support. The app would not accept logins and kept displaying errors. Scanning the cartridge was a nightmare. While convenient to complete at home thats where the positive ends. Extremely frustrating and discouraging.

2024-06-21	Aa*****	Can't even log into the app because my new OnePlus phone isn't compatible, it also doesn't work with the other phones in my household- a Google pixel and Samsung A series, all common phone models. Ridiculous waste of time.

Several devices listed as compatible don't actually run due to using an older version of Android that is incompatible with the app. Phones and tablets I tried and failed to log in with include: pixel 3a, pixel 4a, pixel 6, pixel 7a, honor 9 lite, galaxy note 8, iPad, Xiaomi redmi note 11, Xiaomi redmi 10

My old phone wouldn't even let me download the app so I boughtan a14, I thought that the a14 would work when it was possible to download the app from the play store. Then when I tried to log in it told me it wasn't compatible. Seems it only works with older phones that it's not possible to get anymore. Please try and add compatibility for newer phones.

2022-05-24	Gr*****	Was told to use this by my hospital, when I got a login tried to access but my phone is not supported. Its a Samsung galaxy s21 ultra. Looks like a good app according to the YouTube video, but if it doesn't work with modern phones then it's pointless really.
