Great reminder to pay attention to what you're supposed to. Just put your "addictive" websites in the list and you won't find yourself wandering to them just because you clicked some link or bookmark. You aren't prevented from seeing them, but the process to see the sites makes sure you aren't just doing it without really thinking about the decision.

doesnt work all the time, wish it did i type in facebook.com (it is added) and it doesnt make me 'focus'

Websites such as Facebook and YouTube distract me from my work for hours. Using this extension keeps me focused and enables me to get my work done faster and more efficiently.
