DNAApp is the first Android application designed specifically to open and analyze DNA sequencing files in ab1 format. It provides powerful tools including reverse complement computation, quick navigation options like "Jump to" and fast/end scrolling, chromatogram adjustments for better visualization, amino acid translations, sequence segment searching, and exporting sequences to fasta format.
