The fingerprint/face authentication only makes sense when you don't enter your passcode manually after.... Also unlike other actual good-working authentication token apps, you always need to open this app, always enter your passcode manually and then proceed through 2 UI pages to validate your transaction/action.

The app can not load. It shows message "Error. Try again later." It used to work just fine, but in the last few weeks the web version stopped working on Mac/Chrome and now the app as well. Please try to bring back the quality to acceptable level.
