Buying tickets is very easy but the route planner is severely bugged! It keeps calculating 60 minutes for a simple walk 47m from a bus stop to the station. This has been a problem for months please fix this

Neither of the updates is properly tested. Previously there was one route to Charleroi Airport (SNCB+TEC). Now there are four, and all of them throws error.

Get back the old way of saving the routes! The app became impossible to use. It simply doesn't save anything after pressing on the star near the ride. Or it saves it, and it stays in your rides forever, not allowing you to save any other routes after the certain number is saved.

The app is very good and user friendly. But I have a suggestion When you buy a ticket or a flex subscription for example, it can also be cool if the ticket is stored locally. For the moment it is only online on his account and when we arrive at a place where there is no network we are ejected from the App and impossible to access his ticket. This is annoying for us and also for the controller.

Randomly but consistenly logs out. Very annoying to say the least. Oh and deletes all of your in-app data (such as home and work station) with each update, meaning you have to manually add them again unless you refuse to update the app. Alltogether a terrible experience, no one should have to go through the dread of using this app

Provides good info but is way too slow to load. Also could do with showing more alternate routes

The installed application name is not searchable on a phone via the name NMBS in several languages. Feels a bit discriminating against their main share of users natively speaking Dutch (Flemish). Though this has been requested by several people since years, but constantly being neglected.

So much trouble everyday, each update ads a new problem and makes it slower and slower...

It's basic functions are ok but I have two issues: I can not search for the app as NMBS (have to use SNCF), this is because my phone it set to English ( is ok for phones set to Dutch). Some actions in the app have haptic feedback (as there is no option to turn this off this is a bug, I could live with it if it would respect general haptic feedback settings but they are off)

Want to buy a Flex ticket (and by the way, the app is the only means you have to buy this kind of ticket)? Well good luck. I've been trying for days and the app invariably freezes when processing payment, and this regardless of the payment method (I tried Visa and PayPal). Am I supposed to waste money on single tickets (these I have no trouble buying in the app, so go figure) because the app is acting up? SNCB have the responsibility to make sure customers are able to buy the tickets they need!
