My bpost is your all-in-one app to easily track, receive, and send parcels and registered mail. It automatically tracks your bpost parcels and allows you to scan or enter barcodes from other carriers like PostNL, DPD, and DHL for seamless tracking anytime, anywhere. Missed your delivery? Set delivery preferences to redirect or postpone your parcel delivery with ease.

The app also lets you manage registered mail by choosing authorized receivers, opting for letterbox delivery, or scheduling pick-up at a Post Office or Postal Point. Sending parcels or registered mail is straightforward by creating and printing shipping labels directly from the app. Additional features include contactless Parcel Locker access, customizable notifications, secure payment of import costs for parcels outside the EU, and a comprehensive directory of over 3,100 postal points for convenient drop-off and pick-up.
