## Description

**Batch Text Extractor (URL2Text)** converts up to 100 webpages into clean, source-labelled plain-text files. Enter URLs, process them sequentially in temporary background tabs, and download validated results divided across up to ten ordered TXT files. The extension detects redirects, duplicate and invalid URLs, waits for stable content, extracts readable text from pages, frames, and open shadow roots, and retries failed URLs automatically.

Designed for researchers, journalists, analysts, and content teams, it provides clear failure reasons, completion summaries, progress restoration, optional notifications, and retry controls for unsuccessful URLs. It works with public pages and pages available through your existing Firefox session without collecting credentials. All processing occurs locally with no tracking, ads, external APIs, or data transmission.
