Welcome to Project Glassteg, a global and platform-unbiased AI product that helps social media managers, public figures, and regular users manage abuse and spam in their social media channels. We are True, a social-impact AI development company, and we’ve created Glassteg to allow users to easily manage toxicity and spam across platforms, allowing them to have a kinder online experience.

The product started out as a simple social media filter that would block abuse and spam automatically, making the toxicity disappear. However, the inability to access big platform’s data was damaging our performance as it didn’t allow us to be available in the main social media platforms - you guessed it, the ones that contain most of the abuse. That’s why we decided to re-focus our tool, and came out with the True Extension. Being an extension allows us to support our users across-site, being available anywhere and anytime without depending on other services. This change of direction has made us a much more global and independent tool, letting us reach more content, and enabling us to massively remove it.
