## Description

This extension contains the following audio tools that work on both html video and audio sources: 
<ul><li>Option to filter out high and/or ow frequencies.</li><li>Option to force source to be mono.</li><li>Option to boost the frequencies used by human speech (could help make speech more understandably against background noise, doesn't always help).
