## Description

The waste voucher scanner app is designed to scan and redeem vouchers presented by residents, to enable free delivery of waste and green waste, at a Council landfill. <br><br>The scanner app identifies if a presented voucher has already been used or has expired, and informs the operator.<br><br>Using the camera on the phone, the scanner app captures the information in the barcode on the waste voucher. <br><br>The scanner app allows the operator to redeem vouchers manually.<br><br>Data captured enables Council to track voucher usage for subsequent reporting and analysis.
