2025-01-30	Pr*****	Fix your app. I tried to make an appointment with my doctor but the doctor was not able to see me. It was not his fault. The app did not recognise that the doctor was not available and yet it still let me make a booking and when I get there I get turned back. I receive no notification from the app or the clinics system at all. This has happened twice in a row now

2024-08-08	JB*****	My favourite feature in this app is that it tells you the number of people in the queue before you. I like when your are close to the clinic you are automatically checked in, although this feature has now been turned off due to Doctor prepayment. I also like that this app tells you the Doctors that charge a gap. There is room for improvement. Allow a filter for 100% Bulked Billed and Gap Doctors.

People's they have work and booked RDO they go for their appointments and have been told your appointment has been cancelled, not happy with the services of the clinic, and the app they should consider to take it off is not working properly

2023-08-16	Ab*****	Used for the first time and will never use again. Made the appointment through website AND confirmed it when the email asking for a "confirmation" came through the next day. Yet, when I went to the facility, they couldn't find any record of my appointment. Thankfully, they were able to book me in with another GP but this app proved to be a total failure at the one thing it's supposed to do. Total garbage.

2023-08-09	Na*****	The App is extremely useful and easy to use. No adds either! As we are no longer able to have walk-in appointments since covid-19 era, this App has made making appointment's simple. The only thing I would request is that it shows if there are any doctors who bulk bill low income patients.

2023-04-11	AA*****	Made a booking using the app (as recommended by the medical centre) and was very excited by how convenient the system would be for telehealth appointments. The only issue was that the booking never registered at the Centre, and the call never came. Why bother?

More hassle than it is worth and makes it even pointless to use when my walk in appointments don't go through and gets cancelled after waiting several hours already....
