2025-01-17	Ox*****		I think it's a really nice app. It does everything it's meant to do and I've never had the login issues or other problems some other reviews have commented on. The design is clean and easy to use. The app lets you search through a long history of transactions, which many other bank apps don't allow and you can only do in internet banking.

I need therapy after dealing with this c#*! of an app! I'm putting in a claim, GSB, for mental abusesPTSD and the life long psychiatry sessions I'm going to need to manage my new disorder - fear of poorly made phone apps, which is going to greatly impact my normal function as a human beingAnd also, I'mhaving the creators of it charged with crimes against humanity. Ha!

The ability to effortlessly add or remove payees enhances its functionality. I have utmost confidence in the security measures employed by this application. 2024-09-04	Ch*****		Every single time I open this app it fails to login, I have to force close it and then login again and it will work fine. Really need to do some testing before pushing an app like this, it's shockingly bad.
2024-09-02	Ju*****		Edit: 2/9/2024 evening. Rang the bank. They've put in an IT ticket. Not impressed by robot reply. 2/9/2024 morning. What is wrong with this app last few months? Login button fails, repeatedly, so cannot check time of last access, because 1 minute ago. Hangs between pages. Get "something went wrong" repeatedly in different places. Have uninstalled reinstalled twice. Restarted phone. 20GB space with only GSB app running. Two different locations 200km apart. 4G or 5G no difference. Not my phone.
2024-08-24	JB*****		This was a basic functional app, but it's breaking now. I did an OSKO payment, which was blocked by the fraud team. Once cleared I tried to make the OSKO payment, but I exceeded the transfer limit because the bank included the Fraud Block in my Daily Spend!! In the last month, the app won't save new Payees. I have to create the same Payee each time I need to make a payment. I'm leaving the end of this month.
2024-07-07	An*****		Difficult, stubborn bank that went through a fancy StockPhoto rebranding and totally lost it's way. They tried too hard to make this flashy and it'sa true example of "form-over-function. The main accounts page has a scroll-hijack, entering a dollar amount uses custom IME that goes back a step if back button used, sliding elements inconsistent and to not follow system. EDIT: it's 2024-07 and the exact same bugs persist after yet ANOTHER update. Feature-creep. If only I could close the accounts!!
2024-06-03	Ro*****		The app is easy to use and seems to work for most of the time. However it is very basic compared to the Web version. There is no ability to update any of the term deposit accounts when they mature or no ability to see any messages from the bank. I think a good app should be able to replace the Web version. This app is far from that.
2024-04-23	As*****		A good but very basic app, which while kind of refreshing, needs a few more features to be up to par with most other bank apps. Would really appreciate the ability to reorder accounts and a dark mode (it's a very bright, somewhat uninviting UI). However, the frequent "incorrect details" when logging in with face or fingerprint, which is easily rectified by closing and waiting a minute before trying again, is alarmingly basic and I have concerns about its security robustness as a result.
2024-03-04	Da*****		The app has gotten worse. Constant issues trying to log in, kicking me back out to the login screen with an error. Now also showing just a blank screen. Sent multiple emails to the support team with information and answering their questions. The issue is NOT my end. Can login fine via a browser. I'm now changing banks because of how bad this is.
