| 2024-06-20 |  | | Once again chaos with Jo Karte, didnt take -15% Jo Billa discount(cashiers didnt know what to do, on the bill was -15%coupon used,but without any discount)in Billa Plus at all. Generally speaking I love this idea of Jo Karte, or products/quality in Billa Plus, but the sellection of coupons in Jo Karte application are terrible,once you have more than a few (would be much better if similar as in Muller or Spar),you need to scroll to select every.. This is not a first time I had a simmilar problem. |
| 2024-03-02 |  | | The app is quite complex and if one pays with Joe& go and forgets to use a coupon, that cannot be fixed. The app should be much more customer friendly and demand less of the customers to earn a PhD in all possible rebates that exist. A simple interface at the beginning would be enough asking the customer if s/he want to earn as many points as possible or buy ad cheap as possible by getting a discount. That would be immensely help the purpose of using the app from a customer perspective. |

| 2022-11-09 |  | | Not work in supermarket. It doesn't work without internet. Moreover App stopped to calculate bonuses since October. I logged out and app doesn't allow me to login anymore. Looks like capture does't accept correct result. Online works fine. Please test it better before a release. Update: I reset password online, but cant login to updated app with new password, works only via browser. |
