Featuring high-quality photos and detailed profiles of over 140 butterfly species, users can easily identify butterflies by swiping through species, inspired by popular dating apps. 

Not only can users upload and identify butterfly photos, but the community also plays an active role in assisting identifications through comments and tips. Stay updated with the "Best List" showcasing the most commonly seen butterflies, top observers, and helpers. The extension offers personalized favorites, photo sharing, and a calendar of butterfly-related events. This citizen science project helps protect Austria's rich butterfly biodiversity, which includes nearly half of its 4,070 species currently endangered.
