## Description

Area Assure adds UK Government deprivation scores to every Rightmove property listing — automatically, right below the map, without leaving the page.

Estate agents tell you about the house. Nobody tells you about the street. Area Assure fixes that.

WHAT YOU SEE ON EVERY LISTING

Four neighbourhood scores drawn from the English Indices of Multiple Deprivation 2025 — the UK Government's official measure of area quality, covering 33,119 neighbourhoods across England:

• Overall deprivation (IMD decile)
• Crime
• Education, skills and training
• Living environment

Decile 1 = most deprived 10% of neighbourhoods in England. Decile 10 = least deprived. Simple, comparable, official.

HOW IT WORKS

Install the extension and browse Rightmove as normal. Area Assure detects each property listing automatically and overlays the four area scores below the map section — no clicking, no switching tabs, no copying postcodes into separate tools.

THE DATA

All scores come from the English Indices of Multiple Deprivation 2025, published by the UK Government (<a href="https://prod.outgoing.prod.webservices.mozgcp.net/v1/44e7a3657b8e49873606a3a1166b09e6faf81c0613ad40794c73b13caef3ddcd/http%3A//GOV.UK" rel="nofollow">GOV.UK</a>). This is the most recent release of the IMD dataset and covers England only — Rightmove listings in Wales and Scotland will not show scores.

After 10 lookups, a subscription of £9.99/month gives you unlimited access. Sign up directly from the extension popup. Payment is handled securely by Stripe. Cancel any time.

PRIVACY

Area Assure reads coordinates from the Rightmove page to look up the relevant neighbourhood. No browsing history is stored or shared. Your email address is collected only if you choose to create a subscription account.
