## Description

Tablet Music Instrument was developed as an experiment: play music with one hand on the right side of a tablet while viewing the musical score on the left. It also works on phones, though scores and measures will appear very small.<br><br>How It Works:<br>- Single-touch interface: one note at a time (no chords)<br>- Four octaves displayed on musical staffs<br>- One different note per measure<br>- Tap a measure to play the corresponding note<br>- Left side can show a score to follow while playing<br><br>Tablet Music Instrument can play the sounds of many instruments:<br>- Recorder flute, Concert (transverse) flute, Pan flute<br>- Clarinet, Oboe<br>- Violin, Guitar, Harp, Banjo<br>- Piano, Harpsichord, Organ<br>- Harmonica, Accordion, Trumpet, Vibraphone, Chimes<br><br>Score Support in Tablet Music Instrument:<br>- Load score files (image-based or text-based) via Android file picker<br>- Navigate multi-page image scores with top bar controls<br>- Supports text file scores created in app &quot;Melody Notepad&quot; v1.5+ (no images needed)<br>- 3 play modes for Melody Notepad scores:<br>  - Basic: Score displayed, no cursor<br>  - Practice: Advancing score cursor, and the next measure to tap is highlighted when playing<br>  - Automated: Playback of the melody from the score cursor position<br><br>Example scores included, image-based and text-based.<br><br>Tablet Music Instrument is a free app, without ads, and no in-app purchases.<br>No permission asked.
