ZenSenior is an application designed to support elderly individuals, people with cognitive disorders or Alzheimer’s disease, as well as their families and caregivers in their daily lives.<br><br>FOR THE USER<br>• Clean, reassuring, and easy-to-use interface with large, colorful buttons<br>• Animated character dressed daily according to the weather and season<br>• Date, first name, and age displayed prominently to help with time orientation<br>• Always-visible emergency button to instantly contact emergency services, a legal representative, or a caregiver<br>• Direct call to loved ones with a single click<br>• If the person cannot find their way, a single click launches GPS navigation to the home address saved in the application<br>• Countdown to upcoming nursing visits to reassure the user and visually confirm past and upcoming visits<br><br>FOR FAMILIES AND CAREGIVERS<br>• Full configuration via a secure PIN-protected menu<br>• Customizable family contacts with photos<br>• Option to add a legal representative as a priority contact<br>• Management of 1 to 4 nursing visit time slots<br>• Automatic weekly or monthly reports via email (if one or two addresses are provided)<br>• Prescription renewal alert with instant email notification to the family<br>• Available in 5 languages: French, English, Spanish, German, and Italian<br><br>FOR NURSES<br>• Dedicated module protected by a PIN code separate from the settings<br>• Recording of each visit with the patient’s mood<br>• Public note shared with the family and private note visible only to healthcare professionals<br>• Notification of prescription renewal needs with automatic email sent to the family<br>• Ability to request an urgent medical consultation or report any situation requiring immediate attention
