REVIEW BEFORE YOU SAVE

Check detected titles, dates, times and locations. Edit details and deselect events you do not want. SnapToCal checks for likely duplicates before saving and shows how many events were added.

AI can make mistakes, especially with unclear or incomplete schedules. Always review the results before adding them to your calendar.

CHOOSE THE RIGHT CALENDAR

Use writable Google or device calendars already available on your Android phone. Map family profiles to calendar destinations, search by calendar, account or person, and find family-mapped calendars first. Refresh the list when your calendars change.

SnapToCal does not replace Google Calendar or grant access to someone else's calendar. Calendar permissions and sharing are managed separately.

See recent imported schedules and upcoming imported events. Open your calendar after saving, or undo a recent imported batch from this device's history. Choose light or dark mode in Settings.

Free includes 10 successful schedule scans each month, event review and editing, calendar selection, family calendar mappings, duplicate checks and on-device history.

SnapToCal Pro includes:
- Up to 100 successful schedule scans each month
- PDF schedule imports
- Reviewed schedule updates: import a complete revised schedule and compare added, moved and canceled events before applying changes
- Creating and maintaining a shared household; invited members can join without Pro

Schedule comparisons use recent history on the same device. SnapToCal does not automatically monitor messages, websites or calendars for schedule changes.

Shared households keep profile names and colors aligned with a partner or caregiver. Each phone selects its own calendar mappings. Household sharing does not automatically share calendar events.

GOOGLE SIGN-IN AND RECOVERY

Basic free scanning can be used without Google sign-in. Continue with Google before creating or joining a household or purchasing Pro. Sign in with the same Google account on another phone to recover your SnapToCal account and household access.

Scan history, undo records and calendar mappings remain on the original device; Google sign-in does not back them up. Select calendar mappings again on a new phone.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Available plans, prices and any eligible offers are shown in the app and confirmed by Google Play before purchase. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play.
