It texts you very little. And when it texts, two taps are enough.

Over time, it gives you a map of what's coming back.
It doesn't tell you what to do.
It doesn't diagnose you.
It doesn't motivate you.
It just sits there, holding the thread.

────

WHAT IT IS, IN PRACTICE

At certain times of the day, SEGNI calls you.
You have twenty minutes.

Two taps:
− breathlessness, if something has taken your breath away
+ breathing, if something has given you space

Reply directly from the notification, without opening the app.

The category—Couple, Family, Work, Money, with the names you choose—
can be given immediately, within a day, or never. That's fine.

If you don't respond within twenty minutes, the message closes as "skipped."
Better to skip a message than to force it out of time.

────

WHY NOW

When you ask yourself "how was I on Monday night?" the brain doesn't remember: it rewrites.
Emotional memory is flexible, it depends on today's mood.
This is why the mark is left in the moment, before it changes.

Many marks, over time, convey what a diary doesn't:
how you really were, not how you remember it.

What to do with it, you decide.
SIGNS simply shows it to you.

────

YOUR TRACES

The marks compose, over time:
— the Threads, area by area: what comes back
— the Plot, the interweaving of your threads
— a one-page report: the week, the month, the season

You can add a memory to a mark within 24 hours:
words, a vowel, a photo—with a line underneath, if you like.
And you can share it immediately, with whoever you want.
Memory is added to the sign. It doesn't rewrite it.

────

YOUR SIGNS ARE YOURS

No account.
No cloud.
No advertising.
No data sold.
Everything stays on your phone.
Delete everything whenever you want.

────

WHAT IT'S NOT

It's not a mood tracker.
It's not mindfulness.
It's not a journal.
It's not therapy.
It's not motivation.

It's a trace, not a judgment.

────

"When you don't know if it's just a feeling, leave a mark."
