## Description

RideDesk is booking and dispatch software for airport transfer, taxi, private hire, limousine and chauffeur companies. This app puts your company&#39;s RideDesk panel on your phone, so you and your dispatchers can take a new job, give it to a driver and answer the customer while away from the desk.<br><br>The app is for companies and their staff. To book a ride, contact the company you are travelling with.<br><br>Bookings<br>• Create transfers and car rentals with flight numbers, extra stops and return trips.<br>• See the day&#39;s jobs as a list, on a calendar or on a departures board.<br>• Change, reschedule or cancel a ride, and see who changed what.<br><br>Dispatch<br>• Assign a driver and a vehicle from your fleet to each job.<br>• Pass a job to a partner company when your own cars are booked out.<br>• Follow on-shift drivers on a live map.<br>• Drivers see their jobs on their own phone through the RideDesk driver portal.<br><br>Customers<br>• Answer emails and WhatsApp messages from the app.<br>• Turn an enquiry into a quote, and an accepted quote into a booking.<br>• Send confirmations and payment links.<br>• Ask customers for a review after the ride.<br><br>Money<br>• Create and send invoices, and see what is paid and what is still open.<br>• Keep a running balance with each driver.<br>• Export reports for your accounts.<br><br>Alerts<br>• Get a notification when a booking, message or payment comes in.<br><br>The app is in English and German.<br><br>You need a RideDesk account to use the app. Your company signs up at ridedesk.app, and the owner invites staff from the panel.
