## Description

ParentPulse is one shared place for the things a family runs on: chores, stars, rewards, and the small moments worth remembering.

Parents set it up. Kids see exactly what they own.

▸ What you can do

- Give every child a wallet. Stars are earned and spent, so effort turns into something real.
- Build a Reward Shop your family actually wants. You set the rewards and the prices, and you confirm every redemption before your child gets the reward. Stars are held the moment they ask, and refunded in full if you say no.
- Run weekly chores by day of the week. Assign one child or a pair, or make it a Clan chore the whole crew can pitch in on.
- Kids are prompted to snap a photo when they mark a chore done. They can skip it, and any photo they attach shows on the chore card for you to review.
- Track behavior on a six-tier clip chart, the paper chart a lot of us grew up with, without the paper.
- Keep one family calendar everyone can see.
- Let kids send requests in their own words. The app reads a request like "can Kayla come over Friday after soccer" and suggests a calendar event. You review it, adjust the title or dates if you want, and either approve it onto the calendar or deny it with a note back.
- Leave Partner Notes that only the adults can read.
- Hand out Blue Ribbons for the things no chore list captures. Kids can give them too.
- Build streaks worth showing off.

▸ For a shared family tablet

Kiosk Mode turns one device into a chore station. Kids pick their own name, mark work done, and the parent side stays behind a parent PIN. It is a mode inside ParentPulse, not a lock on the device itself.

▸ Built by a parent who uses it

I am a dad of five and I built this because nothing I tried survived contact with an actual household. Every feature here exists because we needed it on a Tuesday night.

▸ Plans

ParentPulse is free to download and the features above are included. A paid plan is required for AI-written family reports beyond the first one, for syncing the Caregiver Prep Sheet, and for the Collective Family Goal and North Star Goals cards on the dashboard. Completed North Star Goals are what fill the Trophy Room. One plan covers the whole household.

▸ What to know before you start

- ParentPulse needs an internet connection. Your family's data lives in the cloud so every device stays in sync. Opened without a signal it shows its own screen and reconnects when you are back online.
- One account belongs to one family.
- A family holds up to four guardians and up to ten children.
- Notifications announce something that just happened, such as a chore marked done, a request from your kid, or a Blue Ribbon. There are no timed or scheduled push reminders.
- By email, a new family gets a welcome message and, if nobody has been added after a few days, one setup reminder. Both carry an unsubscribe link.
