an estimate that assumes at least 80% adherence to your plan. No guarantees, no
hype — just a grounded target to train toward.

PRIVACY FIRST
Progress photos are optional and skippable. If you add them they go to private,
per-account storage that only you can read, are analysed once, and can be
deleted in one tap. You can delete your entire account — and everything in it —
from inside the app. No ads, no cross-app tracking.
