MG Form

The MG Form application brings together all the programs that are intended for any General Practitioner, and health professional in primary care.

They are intended for wide distribution and meet the needs of professionals of specialists in General Medicine: at the individual level, as a group and at the public health level.

MG Form favors themes allowing any General Practitioner to be recognized in his role as a key player in the health system.

MG Form Integrates the 5 cardinal functions of general medicine: primary care medicine, follow-up over time, synthesis, global approach to the patient, role of the general practitioner in public health.
