Butters is a team app for cafes, restaurants and small food and beverage teams. Chat, checklists, announcements and a searchable staff handbook in one place instead of four.<br><br>TEAM MESSAGING<br>Store channels, group chats and direct messages, with attachments, reactions, replies and read status. Work conversations stop living in someone&#39;s personal WhatsApp.<br><br>TASKS AND CHECKLISTS<br>Daily and weekly checklists by store and by role. Staff can attach a photo or a note as proof, and every completion records who did it and when. Useful the day a health inspector asks.<br><br>STAFF HANDBOOK<br>Your SOPs, recipes and opening procedures, searchable. Staff can ask a question in plain language and get an answer with the source it came from.<br><br>ANNOUNCEMENTS<br>Post once to the whole team or to a single store, and see who has read it.<br><br>SHARED STORE TABLETS<br>Put Butters on a tablet at the counter. It asks who completed each task, so the record still names a person rather than a device.<br><br>OVERSIGHT WITHOUT MICROMANAGING<br>Weekly summaries by store and by area. Reporting is aggregated, and Butters does not rank or score staff.<br><br>HOW ACCOUNTS WORK<br>Butters is invite only. Your manager or owner creates your account. There is no public sign-up, so if you have downloaded this without an invite you will not be able to sign in.<br><br>PRIVACY<br>Butters is a workplace tool. Your employer decides how it is used and what is recorded. Data is stored in Canada.
