we have loved using the app but we are now getting cards that aren't on the app yet and have been told we need to update but no update is available 😢

Tried to scan a new card, only to be told the card hadn't been added to the app and it needed updating. However, on checking the Play Store, there's no update available. My son had collected all of the old cards and was super excited to have a new one, but no chance of collecting it in the app! Is an update coming?
