There is no Apex account, advertising or analytics SDK. Optional vehicle lookups contact the Apex lookup service; maps contact the platform map provider. Apple or Google processes Pro purchases and restores. Apex verifies purchase status locally and never receives your card details.

Pro purchases belong to the store account used to buy them. They can be restored on the same platform; they do not transfer between Apple and Google Play.
