## Description

WeFleet is the field app for operatives. It does two jobs: vehicle inspection reports, and mileage readings.<br><br>YOUR JOBS, IN ONE QUEUE<br>Sign in and you see the inspection reports assigned to you, with the vehicle and the booking attached. Claim a job, start it, and work through it item by item. Starting a check-out or check-in opens the right report ready to go. Nothing to print, nothing to key in later.<br><br>COMPLETING A REPORT<br>Each report follows the checklist your fleet has already set up, so the same things get captured every time:<br>• Text, number, yes/no and multiple-choice checks<br>• Photos and photo sets, taken in the app<br>• Damage maps - tap the spot on the vehicle diagram, add a photo and a note<br>• Customer signature, captured on screen at hand-over<br><br>Answers save as you go, so a half-finished report is never lost, and the moment a vehicle changes hands is recorded on the device as it happens.<br><br>MILEAGE READINGS<br>Record an odometer reading against a vehicle in seconds - at check-out, at check-in, or any time in between.<br><br>WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL<br>Underground car parks, remote yards, the back of a compound. Every answer, photo, signature and reading is queued on the device and uploads automatically once you&#39;re back on a connection. Each item shows its own sync state, so you always know what&#39;s landed and what&#39;s still waiting.<br><br>WeFleet is a companion app for people working on vehicles, not a fleet management console - reports and vehicles come from your organisation&#39;s existing WeFleet account. It requires sign-in details and the operative role, so speak to your fleet administrator if you don&#39;t have them.
