The app keeps everything organized in one simple visit plan so important details are easier to remember when time with a clinician is limited.<br><br>What you can do with VisitReady:<br>- Create visit plans for general checkups, specialist appointments, medication reviews, and follow-up visits<br>- Add the questions you want to ask during the appointment<br>- Record symptoms with severity, start time, patterns, and extra details<br>- Keep a medicine and supplement list with dose, schedule, and reason<br>- Track a preparation score so you can see what still needs attention<br>- Mark questions and symptoms as discussed during the visit<br>- Save follow-up notes for next steps, tests, medicines, referrals, or reminders<br>- Search and filter your visit plans by upcoming, ready, needs prep, or completed<br>- Share a visit summary through Android&#39;s share sheet when you choose<br><br>VisitReady does not require an account. Your saved visit plans are stored on your device. The app includes an optional feedback form on the About Developer screen; feedback is sent only when you choose to submit it.<br><br>Use VisitReady to prepare before the appointment, stay focused during the visit, and remember follow-up instructions afterward.
