Not every session is logged set by set. Quick Log covers Lift, Cardio, Class and Climb — 24 class types and 5 climbing disciplines — in a few taps. There is a start/stop timer that keeps running with the app closed. Quick-logged sessions count toward your streak and weekly target exactly like a full log. Rest days count too.

RUN STRUCTURED PROGRAMS
Follow multi-week programs with per-session prescriptions and movement-specific coaching cues. Start, reschedule, swap or skip a session. Optional beta Google Calendar sync pushes planned workouts to your calendar and pulls date changes back.

GET FORM REVIEWS
