## Description

This application is one of the tools created by the PLURIFOR project to enhance the management of forest risks across Europe.<br><br>Silvalert is both a website and a mobile app that enables users to report damages observed in forests. Users with an account can document damages by capturing a geolocated photo and uploading it to the system.<br><br>Depending on the type of report submitted, the appropriate forest authorities within the relevant administrative region will be notified and will verify the report&#39;s accuracy. Timely collection of this data helps track the progression of forest damages and facilitates swift action when critical issues arise.<br><br>This tool was developed by the PLURIFOR consortium. At present, it only supports reporting of damages observed in South-West Europe and the United Kingdom.
