Helt elendig service. Faq er feil, ingen oppfølging fra drift på en ikke-fungerende tjeneste. På fire måneder har de svart på mail to ganger uten å gjøre noe med det reelle problemet - bytte av defekt ruter. Har forsøkt å få tak i daglig leder, men han gidder ikke en gang ta telefonen. Monopolposisjonen de har på hafjell gjør at de kan ha helt elendig kundeservice og likevel fakturere. Stay away om du kan!
