Cant even get logged in. Now it won't allow me to uninstall, keeps telling me to visit the website. But that wont let me get logged in and I'm a new user.

I liked the ap, except for the glitches. I HATE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I used it last year and added a bunch of family recipes. I just paid for it again and can't get into it. It keeps asking me to pay again and again. I've tried contacting them and I get no response. I'm going to dispute the charge and I just lost all my recipes that I spent hours entering. I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED.
