## Description

**8x8 Web Dialer** lets you call or text phone numbers directly from webpages using 8x8 Work for Desktop. The extension automatically highlights phone numbers as clickable links, allowing you to choose between calling or sending an SMS with just a click.

It also supports right-click dialing for numbers on pages without direct links, 8x8 Contact Center, Google Sheets, and HTML directories. The add-on helps sales teams, researchers, and other frequent web users save time and improve dialing accuracy. SMS functionality can be enabled in the extension settings. Requires 8x8 Work for Desktop on Windows 8 or newer, or macOS 10.13 or newer.
